"The family that run the hotel make the experience they are really helpful and accommodating. Helped us book Halong Bay tour and our bus back to Hanoi. Spoke good English which is helpful. Rooms were a little dated but were comfortable and a decent size. For the price you can not fault this hotel. Would recommend. "

"To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip. "The hotel is brand new so the condition was great. The hotel staff was very friendly, gave me tips and suggestions on where to eat and what to do on the island. He even dropped me off on his bike so I don't have to walk all the way to the bus stop with my bad. The only thing was that the nearest beach was closed for construction so the walk was very long to another beach. The hotel is very close to the main road where all the restaurants are. "Amazing hotel for the price, the rooftop is stunning. Power goes out sometimes but this is no issue of the hotel as when we went out you could see it was the whole city. The main issue for this is the elevator doesnt work so if you have mobility issues ask to stay near the lobby floor. They did have us out of the pool twice in one day to add chemicals but it was okay, it would help to have more shade on the roof as it got too hot. breakfast was good but no coffee which we thought was strange....

"This is a nice hotel nothing fancy. Clean room cold AC small TV but right in the middle of Catba. There is also a restaurant and Cafe in lobby, I got a fruit drink and some coffee it was great and very reasonably priced. It's a little hard to find on GPS I don't think they have the address correct. Overall I would stay there again. Oh yeah and if you're looking just to relax in your room they do have a few English TV channels."
