We stayed for 3 nights in Pollux, and everything from beginning to end was just wonderful. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. "Well it said check in deadline was 8 pm, we got there at 7:35 to find no one around. Called the number with no answer, left a message got no reply. Never got to check in. Had to go back to the last town and get a room."

"This was once a nice place. Owner is a cheapskate, won't spend money on necessary repairs. The staff is as helpful as they can be given the circumstances. Office is not manned at night, if you have a problem yer out of luck. Linens are threadbare. None of the services advertised online are available."
