"This lovely unit is exactly as advertised. Such a great location right in town, parking on site, super clean, well-appointed kitchen and very comfortable. We will certainly stay here again. "

"Property needs upgraded floors and interior. Extremely poor flooring in dire need of repair on second and third floors and upgrading. If staying in lower unit you would not be able to sleep with others upstairs as the noise from the flooring would disrupt your stay. We rented the whole unit and still were displeased. "

"While traveling cross country from the east coast, staying at Red Cat House in Taos, NM was absolutely the best stay ever. When first entering the apartment, one finds it clean, beautifully decorated with well thought out with useful and quality provisions. "This property was beautiful and absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed…plus more. The location was great. We enjoyed being able to step out on the decks and enjoy the views. The kitchen and dining room were wonderful for our family meals and game nights. It was very spacious and had huge bedrooms. Our entire family said it was the best place we’ve ever stayed, and I would have to agree. We will definitely stay there again! "

"My wife and a friend stayed in 2 suites after a week in Santa Fe and Taos. Lots of room and separate bathrooms. Very unique and different place to stay. We really enjoyed the serenity of the Dobson House. Great way to relax before flying back home. A short easy hiking path takes you to an overlook of the Rio Grande gorge. Our host Brenda greeted us to show us around the main living area. She has a very positive presence and we enjoyed our brief contact with her. It has been two weeks ago since we stayed and the positive feelings remain. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. AC/heat great. Bathroom updated and nice. Owners very responsive. All done through phone call and text. Easy and flexible checkin and out, no waiting in line at a desk and meeting office hours. Cafe is quaint and provides great coffee. Can order meals ahead to be served. Only had time for morning coffee but it was hot, ready as advertised and delicious. Grounds safe and beautiful."

"The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room, 111 was nicely appointed with comfortable, charming furniture and the bed was great for sleeping. Doc Martin, the restaurant next door was so delish that we ate there both nights. They had a band that played on Sat night that was really good and people danced between the tables. Fun atmosphere and since the band starts early, they are done by 9:00 so the hotel quiet’s down for the evening after late."
