I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!

This hotel is conveniently located on a number of bus routes from the Central City, in about 25 minutes from the airport on the Q bus. Off the room was clean and comfortable. Well, there is no receptionist, someone came promptly to help us at the door, and was kind enough to offer us to leave our bag in the room until a late afternoon flight.

The place is located just outside the center of Bologna, in a quiet and peaceful area. By car, the city center is about 25 minutes away, and within less than 10 minutes you can find supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to the airport, which makes it very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent — they answered all my questions quickly, clearly, and very helpfully throughout my stay.

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping.

It was a lovely stay. Evetything was perfect. Staff was super friendly. It was very clean and location was also superb. The only thing was the bed was not a double bed, instead two single beds side by side, which was a little uncomfortable. I really recommend the facility to keep an extra double mattress to make your couple guests happier.

Clean, easy check-in. Great location with fantastic scenic drive way from the city buzz. Nice bathroom with shower pressure. We really enjoyed the rest here during our road trip.

There is no front desk so one must use multiple keypads for the front entrance, the room, and the luggage storage area. The apartment was very nice, with a big bed, big balcony, and delightful hot tub. The air conditioning is not American air conditioning but it is within the usual standard for Europe. The wifi is very good. One word of warning however, and this is by no means specific to this lodging--I think Americans see that something has an elevator and think that it must be at least...

Clean and comfy place. Walking distance from train station and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Owner is very friendly and communicative over whatsapp if needed

Great spot! Very convenient!

Really great place to stay, well located and serviced. The staff were really lovely - 24hr reception too. The rooms are cleaned daily and there's even en suites! Only downside was there wasn't enough cutlery in the kitchen, but then it did have a very good kitchen and the breakfast was free!
