"Hotel com escada ingreme para acessar os quartos, sem elevador. Quarto estava com cheiro de umidade forte. Não havia tampa na privada. A cama de casal estava com lencol de solteiro. Não há barras de segurança ou piso de borracha no banheiro para a segurança dos mais necessitados.Nao havia adoçante no café da manhã. Ficaram surpreso com a reserva via hotels.com e me exigiram comprovante do pagamento para além do que ja constava no voucher da reserva. "
