"I don't understand why the rooms smell so badly. When i first walk in, it has a bathroom deoderizer smell that is stale. Horrible first impression. Things are dingy. The coffee maker has dust on top that hasn't been wiped in months... We had NO toilet paper in the bathrrom, had to go to the front desk to ask for it.."
