"The property owner allowed us to check in early, he was very friendly and helpful. The property is close to the beach, there are many restaurants close by and there is supermarket as well. "This is a basic hotel/apartment setup that meets most peoples needs. Slightly confusing the number of places called Ilios but if you check the map carefully you’ll be fine. Bring toiletries as none are provided and a blanket if you don’t like sleeping under a wafer thin sheet. Other than that this place is exactly as the pictures show it. Ultra convenient location on the strip."

"The manager, Akins, went out of his way to go to buy hand soap for the room when we asked for some. Breakfast was included which we hadn’t known. Pool area is large and pretty. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach. We dined for 3 nights at Knossos Taverna nearby. Owners were very friendly, cousins to manager of Golden Bay. Many menu options, recommend eating there. "

This was in the main street central to all amenities, although up two lots of winding stairs, so may be difficult for some.. It was very comfortable and quiet. good wifi, very clean.
