"Great location in the centre of Dubrovnik Old Town. So social and such a good energy there - a small hostel where everyone is super chatty and friendly so it’s really easy to make friends. Rooms are basic but fine. Shared bathrooms which are clean. Kitchen is clean but nothing special and there’s a patio area too !"

"Fabulous. I arrived at Klarisa Palace after a long tour around Croatia and this was one of the best places I stayed in. Just a few steps from Pile Gate, is in the heart of the Old Town, above a souvenir shop. In spite of the busy are, the rooms are very quiet. "Check in was a pain as nobody is there… had to wait till house keeping did my room before I got lockbox code for my keys at 3pm… the main office did give me the code to get in the front door to be able to wait in the foyer for 2 hours as there was no way I was going to leave my bags unattended…room was nice. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle coffe facility. Great view of the water…. Walking distance to bus. Bar and shops "

"Guest House Daniela is run by a lovely couple who clearly take pride in the place. We visited in September 2023. Everything was clean, towels were changed every 2 days and there was a lovely shared kitchen and patio area. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the sea (and water polo area) and a fridge. The small bathroom but perfectly fine for our needs and toilet paper was supplied. Excellent air con which I particularly appreciated. It's about a 1 minute walk to the nearest bar...

"Clean, beautiful garden and lovely host. 3 mins from bus stop (Leave the property entrance door, turn right till you reach bottom of stairs and then turn left and walk. You should see bus stop after walking 3ish minutes). It's about 25 min walk from old town. 20 mins walk to entrance of Mount Strd hike. Good property for late check in as it can be contactless. "

"Professional service, delicious buffet breakfast, a beautiful pool and a beautiful beachside walking trail. Clean and nicely decorated apartment. Although we had a car, we didn't need it as the bus stop is nearby and the old town is a mere 15 minute ride away. Simply everything you need to rest with your family. :)"

"I was told when i went to the guest house that they are over booked and have two options to call your booking agent and cancel your stay or otherwise our booking agent will provide you stay somewhere else. Keep in mind it was happening after i went feom London to Dubrovnik. I tried calling hotel.com but no response, finally i asked their agent and thn they gave me a room which was 2km away. "Accommodation not signed. No instructions given on how to enter. Junk at front entrance. Room was kids room. No garbage in room. No Kleenex. Only a thin bed sheet for a blanket. Washroom not cleaned the entire time, even tho it was a shared washroom with around 6 people using it daily. Lots of improvements to be made. "

"Misleading pictures, I booked a room with a balcony but was shown 2 rundown rooms without a balcony.Had to complain to be shown the room I had actually booked, this room was slightly better, but still uncomfortable. The rooms furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The towels seem old and worn out (mainly with stains from overuse).
