"We had a huge suite that we loved. Right on the beach and very accessible to shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. One problem was that we kept getting flies in the room and could not figure out where they were coming from. "

"The toilet hnadle eas messed up and you had to jiggle it to get it go actually fill after flushing, the nathroom door looked like someone broke through it. But other than that it was decent. Brds were comfortable and the room was pretty big. Service was awesome and staff was friendly. Over all a great stay!"

But I am not going to let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch because when we checked in Dae was awesome....

"I booked 3 rooms for co-workers and the front office staff was always attentive to our every need and was of great assistance prior to arrival. Quick to assist and very friendly. When they weren't working, my co-workers were able to walk to lots of great activities and just relax. The Bay Resort is an ideal location for those needing to work and have fun. "

"The continental breakfast area was always tidy, well stocked with healthy food alternatives, and the gentleman overseeing it was very attentive - kudos there. There were a few maintenance issues in the room that weren't show-stoppers: the temperature adjustment switch on one of the two AC units was broken, so the temp was locked into 67 degrees which can be a bit too cold so we'd either turn it on or off as needed. One of the two wide screen tv's only provided audio. Again, not enough of a...
