"This hotel included breakfast. Per the staff, the hotel was full. If you didn’t get there at the beginning, all you had to chose from was instant oatmeal or a few prepackaged muffins. Coffee creamer was nearly gone. The staff said that they were on a tight budget and that’s all they were allotted."

"They couldn't find my reservation. Finally, did was put in the 3rd Bldg. Noisy, No TV. Asked staff to fix TV on 2nd day nothing. They probably thought I was a Bum off the street."
