Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. "A 4 night stay for skiing before Christmas. Accessing Spenglers Inn was a little confusing as there this is done via the Hard Rock Hotel reception. HRH don’t advertise that this is the case so only found out when I ventured inside for advice. Access through the HRH is also a bit convoluted but ok once learned.
