"The in the hallways need cleaned. Someone was smoking in a nearby room but we were in the non-smoking area. The room was clean, no bugs, water was hot, sheets and blankets were fresh staff was friendly but they gave away our room on the first night we reserved so we had to find another hotel. They said it is first-come-first-served. So why take reservations??????"

"Hampton Inn was in a quieter area outside the city of Cleveland. We found the room and hotel very sufficient for a weekend trip- overall everything was clean and the staff friendly."

"I wish me and my kids could have gotten better services right away. but we didn’t and we were switched 3 types of different rooms during our stay I wish we could get a reimbursement or extended stay for the mistakes that were made other then that my problems were solved and that’s that . , and I just wished we could get a reimbursement' or extended stay at least for the mistake other then that I did get help and I did get the problem figured out "

"The staff was friendly, facilities were clean and breakfast options were sufficient. Only negative we had was that we had to ask for pool towels each time we went to the pool. "

"It was under renovation during my stay so the exterior was sorta crowded and torn up, but I completely understand that we must stay on top of repair and updates. All the crew working outside were very pleasant along with the front desk and breakfast crew. I had the lemon, cucumber water and the strawberry, blackberry water every time I walked through the lobby. Both were very refreshing and delicious!"
