"Do not stay at this hostel if you plan on sleeping !!!! Property is dishonest and not upfront about being right next to a very loud night club open till 4 / 5am ! There is zero sound proofing and you will hear a thumping of base all night and the crowds of pub crawlers till day break right out side your window on street level. "Very good stay in Almancil, 15 min drive from Faro and 40 mins to Benagil caves. Host was gracious enough to accept a late check-in for us and was always available on whatsapp for any queries. "

"It's a convenient place to walk into Ayamonte town. It's got a square very near with cafes and restaurants and a supermarket. I didn't get the room I'd booked from the picture so I was made to pay more at check in to get a balcony. There is no tint on the window so no privacy and you're practically at street level. "
