The one negative might be that much of the structure seemed outdated/aging (Honestly, some putty, paint, screening, rust remover, etc would really make a huge difference, especially for a longer stay.) "1. I loved the outdoor swimming pool. It was on the larger size compared to most in Niagara falls area. It had a real deep end of 11 feet, and the water was just cool enough to be refreshing on a hot sweltering summer day and not chlorine smelling as found in most other swimming pools. 2. The breakfast buffet was appetisingly amazing. It featured a hot breakfast of delicious mini sausages with fried potatoes and unfortunately powdery looking scrambled egg food that I didn't try. 3. "Facility was clean, convenient to falls and Lundy’s Lane. We did have a family issue to get back sooner for, spoke to desk personnel who told us early checkout would not result in refund secondary to Expedia policy. I spoke to Expedia who called to have the charge for the day we were leaving early returned to us. The facility declined to honor expedias request. "

The hotel is a good base for all of your Niagara Falls exploring and is literally a short walk from all the fun at Clifton Hill. So many shops and restaurants nearby.
