"For my situation, this was a very good hotel. I had a transit pass in Amsterdam already, so I didn't mind traveling out of the center for a hotel. I would say it was good quality for the money. It is a bit of a walk from the tram stop to the hotel (about 10-15 minutes). The area looks a bit sketchy, but I literally walked the neighborhood around at 3:00 in the morning and saw nothing noteworthy. I would say its perfectly safe. "We stayed here for two nights during our time in Amsterdam. You are very close to both a grocery store and the tram which will get you anything the city quick and cheap. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. There was some construction going on during our visit in the lobby area. But our room on the third floor was clean bright cheery and just what we needed and expected I’d recommend and I’d stay again."
