Bed is hard to deal with if claustrophobic. Shower room is great. For a single traveller absolutely spot on. Bit of a walk to trams and at the quiet end of a student area are the only negatives i could find."

"One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help. Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out."

"I picked up some kind of virus over my last night there. I still have the runs. When I first got to my room the bed blanket was wet in a few spots, as if they had merely spot cleaned the bedding rather than completely changing it with fresh bedding."
