"Hotel is very well located in the center of Colombo Fort. on the flip side it is on a narrow street with bars and restaurants and therefore extremely noisy .... even on the 8th floor. Also no hot water and no alcohool (not even a beer if you make the mistake to have dinner at the restaurant). Overall not up to standards"

The sheets were old and dirty, and the hotel was under renovation so it smelled like a construction site. The stairs were smelly and there were stains on the walls.
