"Keys did not work. Got locked out. Took over an hour to get unprofessional staff to help get into room. Staff swearing during conversations about hotel staff not responding. Rooms lack general maintenance. Left to another hotel. No policies and procedures exist when keys don’t work. Staff stated batteries in door lock needed to be changed. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"We came up here for a reunion and this property did not disappoint. The home was beautiful and steps away from the lake. The host team was the best I have ever worked with. Couldn't recommend this place enough. We hope to be back someday."
