"From start to finish it was an excellent I check in was Fast and efficient with self-service entry and instructions on how to do this well given plenty of time in advance the room is efficient clean lovely and fresh and came with a Wi-Fi the Smart TV all storage it's own little bathroom with plenty of free toiletries and I'm literally couldn't have wanted anything else for more I willsay that if I get the chance I will stay a third time highly recommend"

"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. "Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."
