"The accommodation was absolutely filthy. I‘ve never experienced something like this… First of all, we were perfectly on time for the check in, in the end we needed to wait 35 Minutes for someone to come by. We needed to call the management 2 times and still it took that long… Arriving in our room it wasn’t fitting to the pictures shown on the internet. "I have stayed at this property a few times. I just stayed 2 nights ago. We came in early from an all night flight. We went to see if we could leave our bags and check into our room later. There was some mix up and my daughter was totally rude to them. She was cranky and I was embarrassed. The hotel staff was so kind and understanding and even let us in a little early. I was so grateful to them. They were totally professional. I will stay here again. The hotel itself is so convent for morning or late flights. It’s everything you need. 5 stars for the manager and employees!"
