"Booked a room with a double bed and chair bed for two people, and checked the chair bed had been set up on the morning of our check in. Upon arrival, the flat we were given just had a double bed and was not the room in the pictures. Host is a business and told us someone would come along to help in a few minutes. Waited over 45 minutes before Vrbo got ahold of him and he said the original room wasn't available and cancelled the booking. Room was pretty grimey, fridge stopped the bathroom door...

"The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
The location was great - the Central line, parks, and two large supermarkets were within walking distance, and a dedicated parking space was also provided so all transport options were...
