"For the money paid this was adequate. One or two nights in the small twin room is all I could manage as it is so small with no storage space only a narrow shelf and small desk with the tea facilities on. The shower/toilet was really clean but so small. No good for larger visitors. The flooring and edging around the room is rough and a little dirty HOWEVER, it was in a perfect spot and the staff were lovely and helpful and I slept really well. So for a budget stay this was fine. "

"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"Room exactly how advertised, bathroom was immaculate and overall room was great. Perfect location. Nice vintage feel but is clearly very well kept. The front door and room having electronic keypad with codes was very handy meaning no need to check in and easy access in and out. More than enough space for the two of us. Room was bright and airy.
