"This pub had a good vibe to it. The host were friendly people. The breakfast was quality, the bedrooms was clean and fresh, and over looking picturesque views, We would definitely stay there again. Oh and theirs a bus stop opposite that goes into town £2 pp so no need to drive. "

"Fantastic couple of nights away at this great hotel. Amenities were excellent, everything was well thought-out and designed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. But the staff were really what made the weekend a truly fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful, and clearly focussed on ensuring that everything was just right. "Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡 From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. "Pet friendly , lovely enclosed large garden my dog was allowed to use , breakfast served in old pub area really historic & friendly helpful owners . Stayed in hikers number 1 , very clean & modern & everything provided with view of garden , easy to find & local pubs if needed . Hope to return . "
