We received no check in information before arrival. When we arrived at the property, the host happened to be onsite and was not aware that we had booked through VRBO (as they also appear to list in other places). "The stay was okay, although the property is a bit farther from the train station and the main tourist attractions than I expected. The room was generally clean. However, when I switched on the electric fan, a lot of dust blew out because it was very dusty. I had to take the fan downstairs to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned. Also, under the side table is dusty. Another concern was that there was no phone in the room, making it difficult to contact reception quickly, especially in case of an emergency. It would be much more convenient to have a faster way to reach the staff when assistance is needed."

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and the overall cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience."
