"Have stayed in 4 hotels and B&B’s in Eastbourne and this is by far and away the best one I’ve stayed in. Victorian features, stain glass windows combined with a modern style. Breakfast choices were eggcelent with proper sausages and bacon, the “house” scrambled eggs was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bonus as that area of Eastbourne can be tricky to find spaces to park at night. Would definitely stay at The New England again."

"I loved the fact it was a cottage ! Loved the little porta hole in our bedroom and cute open cupboard with a curtain .. very rustic feel! The huge garden was beautiful and our host Andee was very helpful , she gave us tips about restaurants nearby and places to sightsee locally. Overall a lovely weekend getaway !!"
