"We had another wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing and convenient getaway. We absolutely love it here and will definitely be returning."

"We have a good time"

"We had a wonderful, chilled weekend celebrating a couple of big birthdays. The open plan kitchen-diner and the patio were great for dinners and drinks. The living room with its roaring fire was perfect for a cosy evening. The hot tub and tennis court were a real hit. And the location is beautiful. We walked in the forest and had a fabulous morning hacking at the Ashdown Forest Riding Centre. The house would benefit from a second shower but with three loos and a bath we were fine."

"Beautifully presented artistic maisonette in the heart of St Leonards. Just perfect for our requirements! Great we could bring our dog with the beach so close and St Leonard’s Gardens too. Highly recommend this for a family or group looking for accommodation which is well equipped, in good order and super clean. Correspondence all very clear."

"We book the Majestic for one night as they had over 8+ on Expedia. Well, we arrived at reception. All went well until we were told the lift is out of action and being repaired. Which we later found out is the same story they have been telling guests for months. The very small room was embarrassing. A hole in the wall, electric socket not working, disgusting unwashed curtains, peeling paint everywhere, cracked sink, mould all over the shower head, broken wardrobe. The only plus was the bed...

"Great location Central to Sovereign harbour - but tucked in a corner Great view of harbour from large balcony Apartment is well equipped and clean Underfloor parking is a treat Bus routes easy from end of road Great central location"

"The apartment is well laid out, really comfortable and with everything you need for a mini break. The beds were comfortable, the towels were luxurious, the decor all pleasant and the place felt welcoming. The location was great with a wonderful view out to sea. We had a lovely stay - thank you!"
