This was an amazing property! Very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very quiet country setting. Definitely a great place for a destination wedding or special event. The art gallery and shop had some really great finds. If we had more time, we would have loved to stay longer:)

Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat.

The hosts and property were delightful. However, I did not have a vehicle and the property is not convenient if you need to be in Lewes or Brighton as there is limited - no - public transportation and it is not within walking distance. Carol went above and beyond in carting me to Lewes each day!

Loved it. Really cozy room.

Really nice views of the marina from the front rooms. Nice breakfast selection in a relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom doors have been changed recently and are much better than before with the sliding doors. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay if you want to be by the marina. The Undercliff walk is a really scenic good walk not too far from the hotel through Asda’s car park also

Perfect overnight stay in seaford when visiting the 7 sisters. Staff was just amazing and food was awesome! Rooms were great. Def recommend

The location near the sea & pier was excellent. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Felt like family. Bathroom is a bit small, but that's to be expected so not an issue. Breakfast buffet was great, one of the best at any small hotel we've stayed.

Basic but plenty nice. A block from the coastline bus. Two blocks from the Brighton Pier. Pleasant breakfast. Easy check-in and nice staff. An Expedia sweet spot.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Highly recommend!! No staff but that was perfect for a quiet peaceful stay.

A great option in the area. We loved the pool and it wasn't too busy on the weekdays. It is an easy location in walking distance of some great sites. Very dog and kid friendly. It was a little expensive for what was on offer and the breakfast could be improved but other than that no complaints.
