"Nice clean room and comfy beds and we liked the bench and hooks for luggage. We were very disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance... the main reason we booked the hotel was for the pool for our son. We ended up going down the street to the health club where they let us get a day pass but cost $15 per person."

"This hotel was a great stay. Room/hotel was quiet. Only things I think could have been improved is if it was queen beds instead of double, the pool was up and running and if the town had better walking options (area by hotel doesn’t have a lot of sidewalks. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva."
