"The staff at this hotel were honestly great super helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself was disappointing. I had to deal with roaches on three separate occasions, which was unsettling to say the least. On top of that, there was a loud, awful noise coming from my sink that would start up randomly, including in the middle of the night. I ended up fixing it myself, only to realize the noise was also coming from the room next to mine....

"I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. "Acceptable place to stay in a very convenient location. Sheets weren't clean and bathroom facilities weren't in good condition but check-in and out was very easy. Staff are friendly. There are better places to stay in Hong Kong for cheaper prices, but there are also worse ones out there."

"This is in a great location on Kowloon. It was a bit pricier than I wanted to pay for the facilities, but it worked out really well. Good location, shockingly comfortable bed, and incredibly welcoming staff!"

"Let me start with the good points: 1) hotel is clean; 2) You feel safe in an otherwise sketchy building; 3) shower works well. Now the problems: 1) they don't take credit cards - only cash; 2) bed and pillows are ROCK hard - almost like sleeping on the floor; 3) room is very small and there is no desk to work at. The hotel is very hard to find - it's inside the Chungking Mansion building on the 5th floor. Have to take elevator B to get to the hotel. And it's a very sketch elevator...mostly we...

"I stayed for 20 days. The living space is very small and cramped; you barely have room to move. I liked the staff. The girl who cleans washes everything. It's as clean as can be. I met some very cool people there. But the building is very old, falling apart, and as part of its design, has no front door. So rodents and bugs can come right in downstairs, however, you are on the 13th floor. The location is great. You're within walking distance of the cultural center and some beautiful parks and architecture. The price is low for Hong Kong. I didn't like it that there are no lockers (literally no room!)."
