"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."

"The carpet really need a very good vacuum and dry cleaning. Overall the room is comfortable, bed sheets, pillow and toilet is clean. Happy with the stay except the carpet issue. This is the second time I have stayed in your property."

"I was denied the booking stating that they didn’t receive the booking. Refused to allow me to use their phone outside the lobby to contact Wotif. I had to go and buy a new SIM card to call and email Wotif. Found out that there are no other guest at the hotel. Received an email 30 minutes to midnight after much hassle and I have already booked another hotel to inform me that they received the booking 5hrs late and that they have staff at the reception at 11:30pm!!!
