"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"For a standard budget guesthouse, this is very good. The location is unbeatable with plenty of places to eat, or street food. The room was slightly small but it had most basic equipment including a kettle and good aircon. The check in process was easy enough and communication was good from the host.
