The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

The staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. The facilities and location are convenient. The MTR is one block away and there many dining options nearby and in the hotel.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there!

They went out of their way to do anything for you. Ask a question and they were right there to answer it or find the answer. Would go back again.
