Excellent location near Mall and MTR. Very personable staff. Great layout of room and outstanding view of harbor. Our suite (#09) had great view of city and harbor, and gave a spectacular view of firework during Chinese New Year (so we didn't need to go to the Bar Lounge to watch the firework). The restaurant had excellent menu and unique dishes. Truly a very enjoyable stay and experience!

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

I stayed here with my wife the past week and the RC in Hong Kong is without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had. The service was simply excellent all-round, very warm and welcoming with every interaction. About the property itself, the facilitates are first class. It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

I had heard of the high level of service at the Mandarin Oriental, but our expectations were greatly exceeded on our business/leisure stay. The service was unbelievable! We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. This is our third summer staying at the WM. We love the location and getting to relax in Sai Kung. It's an easy walk into SK Town and it's also easy to take the hotel shuttle or the 101M to Hang Hau for some more dining/shopping options or to connect to different parts of HK. The staff is alway lovely and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, even with an extra bed added for our son.

Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there.
