"It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice."

"It’s the first time we’ve stayed at Gateway Marco Polo. The location is good. The bathroom is very spacious. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing I do not like is the hairdryer with cord attached to the wall. Most hotels these days are using normal hairdryers especially 4-5 stars hotels. "
