Beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive.

Hotel is new, room newer than most of hong Kong hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries! The mini bar in the room was replenished daily with an abundance of drinks and snacks, ensuring we always had something to enjoy. The pool and gym on the ninth floor...

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted...

It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Transportation is a bit inconvenient but manageable if you plan ahead. Rooms were very well kept and has amazing views depending on your room choice.

They focus on customer care! Traveled for business, stayed 4 nights. Will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Gateway hotel is our family's go-to hotel for the past 2 decades, and this is because of its great location. Price is a bit steep but makes up for it with its ample room size and excellent service.

I think the only negative feedback I have about this hotel was the difficulty in finding the hotel/reception once my taxi dropped me off. It's actually starting on the 10th floor. Part of the fault is mine though because I didn't research the location ahead of time or look up (their hotel sign also approx 10th flr)... I was convinced to book on the pictures alone and it DIDN'T disappoint! The room itself was big (compared to other hotels I've stayed in, both hk and in other metro cities e.g....

The place is located near shopping malls,stores, bus lines and the train station. I would highly recommend this to any travelers out there. The owner is very polite and helpful.

One of the best place to stay in HK. Restaurants and shopping centers are within walking distance and an entrance to the train station is right beside the lobby area.
