The room is spacious and the staff give us free upgrades due to they understand the needs of the elderly. Excellent location where the access to public transportation such as MTR or buses or even taxis is only a step away. We are the return customers and really appreciate the hospitality and services they provided. I will definitely book this hotel as our stay whenever we visit our families in Hong Kong in the near future.

Hotel is new, room newer than most of hong Kong hotel.

The staff were excellent. Every one spoke good English as well is was helpful with any request I had. Property was clean room was large and the Shower was probably the best out there!

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in June 2025 and have no complaints. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bathroom was a bit cramped but the rain shower felt great. They also provide robes which we appreciated when visiting their infinity pool. Excellent service and extreme friendly staff. My wife and I spent the last 5 night in this hotel on our anniversary. The staff are very friendly. Front desk very accommodating. The bell captain Max is very passionate. He not only gave us advice on local eateries and directions to get there. I've stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong over the last two years. This hotel is pure pleasure. The room was spacious. The pool is fabulous--good size and good sunshine. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious on right on time. Plus, the welcome tea was a wonderful touch. And the location is great and convenient! I don't often recommend hotels, but this is one I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here, which hopefully will be soon.

Very nice and elegant hotel in the middle of the shopping district. Direct access to taxis, Uber and the metro station is 5-10 minutes walking. Right across the hotel is the Marina walk. Hotel staff are very nice. The lady at the fron desk gave us a room with the Marina view since this was our first time in HK. The only issue we had that the room was very small that we could not put the extra bed that we requested, however we had a king size bed which fitted me and my two daughters.
