"The hotel was clean, there were a few cobwebs on the light fittings but apart from normal wear and tear it was fine. Staff we came in contact with were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Hotel was near enough to Alhambra theatre where we were going for a show. Guy on reception gave us very accurate directions of how to get from hotel and timescale to get there. I would stay again if going to that area."

"Enjoyed my stay, room comfortable allthough would benefit from a lick of paint, a few scuffs and marks etc. Room decor flowery and dated. However a lovely new bathroom, lovely older property with nice communal areas and a really nice breakfast, 3 EV chargers and free parking close to the water front and airport. Would definitely book again when in Dundee. "

"Stayed for 1 night en route to highlands. Easy to find and plenty parking. Room fine, huge bed, clean and tidy. Pillows a bit soft but that’s just preference. Small grassed area at side of hotel for pooch. Pub next door serves food which saved going into town as we arrived a bit later. Bus available into town or a short walk. Breakfast was ample and tasty with plenty of choice. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Dog friendly too which was the main reason for us choosing the hotel....
