"The stay was just for overnight on way to Edinburgh. The hotel itself ok but the town was cute walkable and right on the North Sea. Found a great pub and then a restaurant for an amazing dinner. The hotel did live up to the haunted tales as we did experience something paranormal but not scary. "

"Nice room which was clean, warm and comfortable with a modern en suite bathroom which had a good hot shower. The staff were very pleasant and the range of food in the evening was good as was the quality. Parking can be a problem but through no fault of the Hotel. Good value for money."

Really bizarre situation, with breakfast apparently served from 8, yet not a a soul in site or contactable on phone or email. A shame as great location, friendly welcome the night before and nice room."
