"There are a lot of clubs nearby so it was hard to sleep a few evenings. The rooms are cute, but some inconveniences were annoying- like not having a TV in the room (not terrible, but is helpful with kids) and there aren't any refrigerators in the rooms. Hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, but the staff in the cabana area were young and quite unfriendly. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and almost annoyed when we would order from them."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are simple but very clean and bright and just enough space. Comfortable beds. Clean enough to practice yoga on the floor. Plenty of safe parking nearby and easy access by taxi or car service to many neighborhoods. "

"I stayed here with my daughter. The bathroom is odd as it’s in the room divided by a glass wall with little privacy. The room size is small. The shower was defective. Other than that it’s a clean place to stay. The customer service is very good. "

"Love this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for a couple with kids. We had two floors and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The lobby and courtyard were nice spaces to relax. The location is right in the middle of the Alfama neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again. "
