"This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. "I didn’t get then city view I paid for. Instead told there’s only one room and it’s facing a dark alleyway so had to use lights during day time. The bed smelled awful and had to get the pillows and comforter changed. This place always has cleanliness issues. "
