"Beautiful location, friendly staff and nice restaurant with variety of food options. But rooms are outdated. We stayed at newer building where the Smokehouse is, so can't say anything about main building and how well it maintained."

"The pre arrival info was perfect, with how to access the property. The cottage is on the owner's grounds, but with it's own entrance and all own facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a little balcony with an uninterrupted view of the countryside. Books and boardgames are available. It's clean, cosy and perfect for exploring Wexford and Wicklow areas. "we were travelling to Ireland to bring my brother’s ashes back to bury him, I spoke to the owner of this house on the day of travelling only to be told they do not advertise their property with Hotels.com we were left stranded and having to sort out accommodation last minute, the owner tried to help us as Bunclody is a very small town and not plentiful of accommodation. We ended up finding somewhere which was not ideal as it was room only instead of a whole house with cooking...

"This was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. The rooms were freezing cold no hot water in the morning and we had to leave our coats on while eating in the bar because it was so cold."
