Would recommend this hotel. Clean rooms & hotel. Breakfast was amazing so many choices. Would not recommend if you are not able to walk up flights of stairs, no elevator. Cute town

Comfortable modern hotel with great breakfast.

This was my first time staying at a European hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkin was different from my previous hotel experiences in that your credit card is not taken until you are ready to check out. It's a good thing that one can have payment processed the day before checkout as the front desk does not open until 8AM on the weekends. I was recommended this hotel from friends and I am glad I stayed here. By FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Germany as an American. Very kind, friendly, and helpful owner with his family here. Free breakfast with a great selection and spread of foods, drinks, coffee etc. The room was immaculately clean, as is the entire property. Great location in Kaiserslautern. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. There is no elevator so 2nd floor is four flights up. It was good exercise for us but any one with back, knee or frail will want to think twice. Also like many European hotels, the shower is tiny. But staff is so helpful and had great communication. I would stay again.

When I arrived I asked for assistance in getting my bags out of my car. They were there locked split. Next morning - the same thing- in no time flat they came up to my room to assist me. I might add that I have to use a cane to ambulate. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful...
