"Great hotel and staff!!! Only bad thing is the bathroom sink faucet. It’s motion detection and never gets hot. Also the towel warmer on the wall doesn’t work either. "

"The location was in a nice area of the city with a view, parking was easy on site, the room was clean, shower was great with enough water pressure, breakfast was adequate and very convenient, beds were firm but okay and pillows were almost flat (just the style/design), there is a fridge but no microwave...overall it was a good stay and I would stay here again. "The apartment was great for a family of 6. Parking and loacation was great. The door handle was broken upon arrival, however the lock still worked. Overall it worked out well for our location we needed. "

"Excellent stay!! Pictures reflect the place very well. Felt very comfortable for my family of 5 (adults) & safe. We had great space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook - this was big to me as I wanted to cook some meals. Fairly close to Ramstein AFB, around 25 mins. Street parking can be tricky, make sure you have euros as the code wasn’t working on our phone. Close proximity to shops & restaurants. The host is amazing. Communicated right away without any hesitation. Will definitely be back. "

"Tried to get in contact with owners, no answer. Was trying to get extra towels early in our stay and then check out early. Only ever received automated responses via Expedia messenger which I guess they don't see? Parking is fairly rough, don't rent a large vehicle. The lot to park in is on a VERY narrow street with other cars crammed up to the gated entrance. Great if you are in a small car or on foot! Booked for a week and was only given 2 trash bags, no recycle bags and 2 towels. The apartment itself is VERY nice but don't plan on doing much cooking if you stay in the smaller loft. "

"My two sons and I stayed at the home for a week. I flew to Germany from Hawaii to visit my son who is in the Air Force and stationed at Ramstein Air Base. The home is about a 15 minute drive from the base. It’s in a nice quiet upper middle class suburban neighborhood. The homeowner lives in the downstairs of the home, so she is on property. There is a common main entry and the rental property is upstairs. The homeowner has a locked door to her part of the house and the door to the upstairs part of the home locks, so it seems like you are in a separate home. My son was able to park his car in the driveway. The home is exactly as pictured. It served as a good home base for us to hang out and spend time with my son. On the days that he had to work my other son and I took the city bus from the house to explore Kaiserslautern. The bus stop was a 10 minute walk from the house, but it was a nice walk through the neighborhood. (Bus fare is 6 euros per person). My older son also went for an early morning walk one day from the house into the countryside. (Our sleep schedule was so thrown off from jet lag!). He said it was a quiet relaxing walk. We used the kitchen to cook once (wanted to cook my son at least one home cooked meal since he’s been away). Kitchen was adequate as there is a stove and oven. There is a washing machine in the bathroom but we did not use it (washed clothes on base instead). Would definitely stay here again! "
