The "apartment" was very clean, brand new. The staff that was there when we arrived, on Jul, 1: 1500hrs., was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I was recommended this hotel from friends and I am glad I stayed here. By FAR the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Germany as an American. This was my first time staying at a European hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. Checkin was different from my previous hotel experiences in that your credit card is not taken until you are ready to check out. It's a good thing that one can have payment processed the day before checkout as the front desk does not open until 8AM on the weekends. No staff to meet at hotel so cant be reviewed. We have stayed at this hotel several times. Easy parking. Large rooms. Good water pressure in shower. Quiet hotel.

A lovely place to spend the night. Comfy beds, good breakfast and loved the goats you could feed.

Nice hotel....tried to check in before 3:00. No one was in the room, but they didn't let me arrive early.

Breakfast was awesome every morning! Quiet place to stay! Very lovely! Make you time your trip to arrive before 10 pm! Otherwise the front desk is closed and you will not be able the check in. We did have a problem checking out. We booked and prepaid with Expedia and the system would not let us check out. They wanted another CC payment! We booked 7 months in advance and in that time the systems changed. It was a glitch in the system on their end and they ultimately let us go.

The property was as advertised and very clean.
