"A friendly, personal welcome awaited us upon key handover. The house is older, but extensively renovated and very modern. A wooden staircase leads up to the apartment. It's a beautiful apartment on the upper floor with a fantastic view. Everything you need is in the kitchen. A TV and Wi-Fi are available, of course. It was clean and pleasant. The town of Pirmasens isn't particularly beautiful, but the surrounding forest is even more so!"

"Die Ferienwohnung sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Bildern, es handelt sich allerdings um eine Souterrainwohnung. Das Willkommensgeschenk war nicht da. Die Playstation 5 hat nicht funktioniert und Netflix funktionierte am letzen Abend ab 23:50 Uhr nicht mehr. Da wir aber zum Wandern dort waren, hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört. "It was a pretty rough check in as there is no staff available at night. The Check ‘n charged me for nine vehicles when I only had one and the after hours phone number was disconnected. However, in the morning, the staff fixed it and the staff for the rest of the days were just amazing. I greatly appreciate every single one of them. It made my stay nice there. Thank you."
