"Staff was excellent and accommodations were clean. Undergoing renovations - will be quite nice when renovations are complete. I would definitely stay there again. Great location to train station and lots of cafes to eat in the area."

Perfect value for a quick getaway. Service was prompt and thoughtful, location was perfect for exploring the city as well made for an easy connection to MXP airport as Cadorna train station is two blocks away, Santa Maria della Grazie (The Last Supper) is also a mere block away. Rooms are fairly spacious and very clean.
We booked a room with a terrace/balcony which was lovely, however, only the rooms 401, 403, and 405 have views of the Sant Ambrogio Basilica, the 4th floor rooms ending in even...

Everything about Hotel Meneghino was perfect. Tatiana greeted us upon arrival and was available every day to help us with little details from getting cabs to recommending shopping and restaurants. The room was super clean and comfortable and was complete with teas, coffees, snacks, cereals, juices, milk and more. It was a one mile walk to the center of Milan and the Duomo, which was wonderful. We will return. Thank you Tatiana for making us feel so at home.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived tired from an overnight flight and it was too early to check in. We were invited into the breakfast room and were given a yummy cappuccino. The staff were very accommodating throughout our two-night stay. The location is terrific for visiting sites like the museum housing the Last Supper and the Duomo. Our room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. High marks.

We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.

We were only in Milan for a day and night and this was the perfect place. We were 5 minutes from the Galleria and the Duomo. The room was spotless and the bathroom was very modern. We had a very comfortable sleep to prepare for our 13 hour trip home.

The hotel is very clean, modern and in a great location. The room was spacious enough with the largest bathroom I've had in Italy. The free breakfast buffet had a great selection of items and was delicious. When I was checking out I asked the woman at the front desk where I could buy a ticket for the bus. She directed me to a store across the street, but when I got to there I realized I didn't have any more cash on me and they did not take cards. When I went back to the hotel I asked if...
