"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

The continental breakfast in the morning's was plentiful. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommended the hotel to anyone. "Nice three star hotel in the city center. Walkable to all the sites. Comfortable rooms. Must walk up stairs. Normal German style breakfast included. Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent food for dinner at the restaurant."

"Kamers zijn proper , maar eenvoudig . Cafetaria heel koel ,maar wel lekker eten Ontbijt was voldoende . Kamers werden 5 dagen niet gekuist wel elke dag propere handdoeken. "
