"It is pretty and the people are nice and not intrusive. I was disappointed that they didn't have a real fridge in the room and nothing to reheat food with. But the food that they served there was really good!"

"Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating. Rooms are cosy and clean. Lobby, hallways not heated in the winter (story of the whole region), so you are stuck between room and restaurant. Upstairs is a nice bar on the roof top with pool table. Very quite in hotel. Nowhere to walk from it, hills are steap- in the same.time it's a great location - its peaceful . You need to take taxi to main Street and Dalai...

"Loved Udechee, right in front of snowy Dhauladhar ranges with best view in town, they upgraded our room with early check in as well. very warm and polite their service is excellent they take care of guests with utmost priority. I can visit this place again and again. talking about food they have good quality food with simple north Indian options."

"Coldest hotel in McLeod Gang. Watch out as Hotel says it is located in Dharamashala it is 20 minutes away and another 300 m up! Staff were ambivilent to everything, rooms never serviced over 4 days, no heating in room and no heaters available great location for Mcleod though"
