"Good location close to supermarket and plenty of dining options. Wood floors with no rugs or similar was a bit odd but weather was cool so wearing socks inside was ok. I emailed them 3 times in both English and Portuguese prior to arriving to request early check in but no response. Made contact thru Expedia- was told early check in arranged but on arrival this was not the case. Not sure if Expedia or hotel at fault. Luckily room was available for early check in - at a small fee. Overall pleasant...

Primeiramente com o serviço, já que não deram informações básicas de como acessar a internet ou de como usar o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, ainda mais se tratando de um casal de idosos. Fiquei surpresa de saber que ninguém sequer os acompanhou até o quarto, e além disso tiveram que pagar estacionamento, algo que não estava escrito em nenhum lugar no momento que paguei a hospedagem. "Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's. "
