"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Messner. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a private bathroom in our room, but we were also on a floor with a shared bathroom in the hallway (right across from our room). "Staff was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Wide variety of choices and we could watch the gondolas go by as we ate. Neither of our rooms had canal views, but breakfast room right on canal. Coffee machine, could make however we wanted. Wifi is extremely limited. Only works in small sitting area with 5 chairs. It did not work in rooms or breakfast area.had to be careful in shower doors did not meet up so water could spray out if not cautious. We lwft luggage bo broblem, left in lobby...

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!! its in horrible condition, rooms are very very small, very old and outdated. It is not the cheapest hotel pricewise but definitely not the nicest one. Location wise it is good but I would never ever book this hotel again. "
